Brand Consultancy Services

If you are planning to launch your own brand and are looking for advice on how to do it, then we offer a tailored consultancy service on brand development and launch strategy.

We can give guidance on the brand launch process and what needs to be done to create a fragrance brand. We make suggestions on who to use, from bottle and packaging designs, fragrance development and legislation to forecasting, manufacturing and warehousing; introducing you to potential development and design partners and advising on costs and time line.

Or you may already have a brand but would like some advice on how to take it to market. We can work together with you to create your launch strategy, including defining your brand’s positioning, its price point and structure, determining sales potential, the distribution channels and the marketing & PR plan.

Sales & Distribution

We provide sales staff to third-party clients and customers. They are managed, targeted, performance managed, rewarded in terms of commission and bonus and employed on our headcount thus removing the burden of payroll, NI and pension contributions from our clients.

The Senior National Account team is responsible for implementing our brand distribution and promotional strategies within their retailer groups. They manage the relationships at Central-Buying level and working with the buyers and our Marketing team to create bespoke programmes to offer differentiation across the distribution.

Our Head of Retail Sales manages the field-selling team consisting of 6 Areas Sales Managers, 3 Account Development Representatives, and a team of dedicated and well trained full and part-time consultants in major department stores across the UK and ROI.

We also offer a merchandising service to our brand owners through a third-party specialist merchandising agency.

Travel Retail is a significant market separate from our domestic retail groups, which is why we employ a specialist team who manage our brands specifically within the Travel Retail sector.

Staff training is a prerequisite and we employ our own dedicated National Trainer who is responsible for product knowledge of our various teams because we understand the importance of education and communicating to the consumer.
