The House of Oudis the story of a friendship between an Italian master perfumer and an oud aficionado from Jakarta, a friendship born of a shared passion for art, perfume and travel, combined with a deep appreciation of beauty.

The House of Oud was created to channel the ideas and inspirations of these two visionaries into one unique fragrance house. Innovation, knowledge and experience ensure that The House of Oud is an extraordinary brand and it is no coincidence that the word ‘oud’ is also an acronym that encapsulates the spirit of the founders ‘Our Unique Devotion’.

The House of Oud is comprised of two distinct collections: Desert Day, an olfactory interpretation of 24 hours in the world’s most elusive place and Klem Garden, celebrating the seasons and pleasures of the Arabian world. The range also includes the highly prized Crop. A tribute to the purest Oud, Crop is made once a year from the finest quality ingredients that the factory produces. Every batch is unique and quantities are variable resulting in a truly original and inimitable fragrance. The House of Oud uses only the highest quality raw materials and Oud, which is found in every fragrance in the collection, is sourced from across the world. Oud never dominates but is used to create a bridge between other ingredients. The result is a richly nuanced and completely addictive range.

Designed to fit in the palm of the hand, the fragrance bottle is reminiscent of a smooth stone. The unique lacquering technique means that no two bottles are the same and the top-down design allows the beauty of these highly individual fragrances to be fully appreciated.
