Seven fragrances, seven courses with seven cocktails - this was the premise of the recent Sensory Dinner hosted by Harvey Nichols Edinburgh, in association with Nejma fragrances and Daffy’s Gin. Inspired by Nejma fragrances, Harvey Nichols’ in-house chef and Daffy’s mixologist created an extraordinary experiential event marrying key notes from all seven signature fragrances, with seven exceptional courses, accompanied by seven heavenly gin creations.

Fifty guests enjoyed a multi-sensory experience including the final course of cocao mousse with grapefruit gel and a coconut sorbet, served with a cocktail of cacao infused gin, mandarin liqueur and grapefruit bitters. This exquisite interpretation of Nejma 7 was the pièce de resistance which illustrates perfectly the art of fine dining with the fine art of perfumery.
